Goldstone has demonstrated process maturity consistently, reflected in its coveted ISO 9001:2008 certification (View Quality Certificate) and ISMS 27001:2005 (View Information Security Certificate). Goldstone believes in acting as an extension of client’s support organization. This was achieved by conducting detailed orientation sessions on our methodology and processes to our workforce. This allows us to pursue our objective to maintain consistency and repeatability of the process even while following client processes. Our Quality Management System (QMS)
Goldstone's QMS comprises a managerial structure, specific responsibilities, activities, capabilities and resources that ensure our Support Services incorporate the desired quality into our solutions. All the elements of quality are built into each engagement through a joint decision process involving both the customer and Goldstone. The Quality Management System has the following broad-based activities:
  Auditing projects to ensure compliance with quality controls
  Continuous review of the quality system and its improvements
  Personnel development in the Quality Assurance (QA) area
  Acquisition of trained/skilled resources for carrying out QA activities
  Have channels to provide input to support improvement activities
  Development of processes, procedures and guidelines
  Development of dash-board reports to the project stakeholders
  Our Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Goldstone’s ISMS is governed to ensure that the information is fortified periodically such as to attain a continual improvement and safety of the information. Our policies drives Senior Management, Business Managers, System Owners, IT Personnel and all employees of Goldstone as a prior responsibility to ensure information security all the time.
