TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN "BANCMA TE" - Bilingual Software
It was brought to our attention that, some letters purported to have been issued by us addressed to various Banks and others, stating that the above product is patented by us and usage will tentamount to unauthorized one and that, it will attract the provisions of Indian Copy Rights Act. This letter is purported to have signed by one Mr.Srinivasa Rao, representing our Company.
At the outset, we affirm that no such letter was addressed and signed by us and any kind of such letter that is available with the recipients is a fake one.
All concemed may please be guided that, the said Software even though purchased by us from MIs. Natural Technologies (P) Ltd., Jaipur, covered by Agreement dt.22.02.2000 the same has been resold to them on 7th Feb, 2002 and a notification to that effect to all the then existing clientele has been circulated by us by post.
It may therefore please be noted that, since 07.02.2002 neither we are connected with the bilingual Software under the name and style of "Bancmate" , nor any communication in any manner, even if generated by some unscrupulous elements for personal gains, is binding on us. In other words we are absolved from any kind of obligation of whatsoever connected to the said Software.
